Senior Citizen Exercise Class
  • What services does your home care agency provide in the Tri-cities?
Our agency provides a wide range of services that include personal care (like help with bathing, grooming, and dressing), medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, transportation to appointments, and 24/7 live-in care. Our goal is to help seniors maintain their independence and improve their quality of life at home.
  • How do I know if my loved one needs home care services?
If your loved one is struggling with the activities of daily living, such as cooking, cleaning, bathing, or managing medications, it might be time to consider home care services. Other indicators can be sudden weight loss, frequent falls, forgetfulness, and social withdrawal.
  • Are your caregivers trained and certified?
Yes, all of our caregivers are highly trained and certified. They undergo rigorous background checks and training in senior care before they start working with clients. We also provide ongoing training to ensure they stay updated on the latest best practices in home care.
  • Can you provide care for individuals with specific conditions like Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s?
Absolutely. We have caregivers who specialize in providing care for individuals with a range of conditions including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, stroke recovery, and more. They have the skills and training needed to provide compassionate and effective care for these individuals.
  • How quickly can services be set up?
Services can be set up as quickly as needed - often within a single day. We understand that sometimes care needs can arise suddenly, and we do our best to accommodate those situations.
  • What is the cost of your home care services?
The cost of our home care services depends on the specific needs of each client. We offer a free in-home consultation where we assess the needs of your loved one and provide a detailed estimate of costs.
  • What areas do you serve?
We serve all three of the Tri-Cities - Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland. We also cover the surrounding areas.
  • Are your services covered by insurance?
Most of our services are covered by long-term care insurance. However, it's always a good idea to check with your insurance provider about your specific policy. We also accept private pay.
  • Can I choose my caregiver?
Yes, we make every effort to match your loved one with a caregiver who fits their needs and personality. We always introduce caregivers to clients before services begin to ensure it’s a good fit.
  • What happens if my regular caregiver is sick or on vacation?
If your regular caregiver is unavailable for any reason, we will provide a substitute caregiver who is equally trained and qualified. We ensure that there are no interruptions in the care of your loved one.
